It is the responsibility of the parent or caregiver to ensure that the product is appropriate for their baby's individual stage of development and size before each use. While we provide general age guidelines, every baby develops differently, and we cannot assess an individual child's strength, size, coordination, or activity level.
If your baby is particularly strong, larger than average for their age, highly active, or tends to push or throw themselves forcefully, the lounger may no longer provide appropriate support or stability. In such cases, discontinue use.

The lounger cover is washable, although hand washing is recommended for the best results.
Before cleaning, unzip the cover and remove the memory foam insert. Hand wash the fabric cover using lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Do not use bleach, harsh detergents, or fabric softeners.
Allow the cover to air dry completely before reassembling. Do not tumble dry or expose it to direct sunlight or excessive heat.
As part of the manufacturing process, you may notice a small opening on the product. This opening is intentionally included to allow the internal foam filling to be inserted during production. It is not a defect and does not affect the product's functionality, comfort, or safety in any way.

What age is this baby lounger suitable for?
This baby lounger is designed for babies approximately 3–8 months old who are beginning to learn how to sit but are not yet sitting independently. Can my baby use the lounger without supervision?
No. Baby loungers and support seats should always be used under the direct supervision of an adult while your baby is awake and alert. They are not intended for unsupervised use or for sleep. For sleeping, always place your baby in a safe sleep environment such as a crib or bassinet.
What is the outer material made of?
The lounger is covered with a soft PVC material that complies with applicable child product safety standards, including CPSC, ASTM, and CE requirements. It has been tested to meet strict safety standards for children's products.
Can my baby sleep in this lounger?
No. This lounger is designed only for supervised, awake-time use and is not intended for sleep. For naps and overnight sleep, always move your baby to a firm, flat sleep surface, such as a crib or bassinet, in accordance with safe sleep guidelines.
